The Queen of Health’s Super Green Smoothie

This is a filling and nutritious BREAKFAST it is a great one to prep the night before or can be made fresh.


20g rolled oats
100ml almond milk or water
100ml water
1 handful of spinach or kale
1⁄4 cucumber
1⁄2 stick celery
1 ripe banana
100g cup frozen pineapple


• Place all the ingredients in a blender and add a splash of
water if it is necessary
